The algorithm did it&#8217;s job and so now I am getting lots of videos about water, the ocean, breathing, peace&#8230;it&#8217;s been nice-especially with what has been happening in the world right now. I actually can feel a physical difference in my heart rate, breathing, stress levels-simply by LOOKING at images of the ocean, beaches and water. So of course, I looked it up, and as we all would surmise: being at near or on the beach or near water does something special in our physical bodies. Cortisol levels decrease which makes stress go DOWN, mood immediately improves, not to mention the much needed Vitamin D boost we receive.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, If you have been feeling low, or like you just can&#8217;t break out of a funk&#8230;go outside. sit in the sunshine, you will begin to feel a difference almost instantly! &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Can&#8217;t go outside right now! &nbsp;Just take a second and stare at this picture.
