Welcome Back! You DID IT! You completed the Nutrition with Loretta: Pathway to health and wellness! What now? The best way to stay on track and continue to reach and maintain your health and wellness goals! You will continue to have access to all videos you received during your 6 months, continue to have access to our weekly nutrition crew meetings, and continue to have access to the facebook group!
In order to continue to have access to the weekly Crew Meetings and Facebook group you are committing to:
–Post at least 1 a week in the Facebook group
-Interact and engage other Crew members. Create Conversation!
-Be crew leaders when the need arises (small group meetings)
-Continue to to do your best to maintain the tenets laid out in Nutrition with Loretta.
-Not share information that is contrary to the information taught in Nutrition with Loretta
